Well shit, you're right, looks like it's real.
Kind of a stupid cover TBH. His covers always suck though. C3 was horrible, C2 was generic and boring, C1 was okay, I liked it I guess. Rebirth and IANAHB were straight up awful. His pre-Carter album covers were as bad as the old No Limit covers.
I don't understand why he doesn't just use something like this:
