Well I hate to resurrect the old thread/debate but I'm just curious because listening to Doseone made me reevaluate completely what it means to be skilled. Dude barely if ever rhymes and only relies only on assonance but otherwise yeah. He's a great writer and extremely unique in a sense and I think that should be factored. Same for Danny Brown, I still love elzhi and think he's great but limiting him to a skilled rapper also does him a disservice. So what is it, flow, does writing and creativity factor in. Or is it just how many multies you can cram in with wordplay.
