its because ppl get the bootlegged version of the CD's and refuse to buy it. if artists made sure that their album didnt leak onto the internet then it would go platinum. thats what happened with Obie Trice...at least thats what i believe

well yeh this years been pretty bad for muxic im still listening to young jeezy alot but T.I king was ok some good songs....uhm 50 banks buck shady record D12 young jeezy nas are still to come out this year so maybe the year will end with a bang ^_^ but really the industry is just waiting for the new fresh breed of rappers gangsta getting been here dun that the south think there gonni do it with there style but they aint.....the new breed of rappers is what you hear on these forums and many other forums thats the kind of rappers that once in the buisness will get it back on its feet IMO
