GOD WHY?!?!?!

Why?! Seriously, why Wayne? Why does he have to fuck up everything, why does he have to be everywhere, why the fuck Nas and Damian put him on the damn CD? Why has it just ruined my evening (not that it was a good one, but still..)? WHY, I'M ASKING WHY?!

I was looking forward to an album with no features. These two work so fucking well and would be so much better off without bloody features.

Sorry, LW4L, but Wayne doesnt suit Nas & Damian Marley's style of music from what I've heard. And Joss Stone?! The fuck?! Well, theres gunna be one song I'll skip....

Still gets me hyped for the album though - should be class.

Same.. Especially when you think of that bitch Wayne. Man, an album with no features would be perfect. Simple and sophisticated, that'd be orgasmic.. Yet, I still have hope. :8)

Can't wait for this purely because of what I've heard so far. Sounds like they've truly hit on a magical music combination.

But as already stated, I was looking forward to no features too. Nas sounded on his A-Game on what I heard so far, no need for it. Pain in the ass.

Esp. Lil Wayne on there. Whenever I see 50 or Wayne on a potential classic I just think "great, another classic potentially ruined". They don't deserve spots, they bring tracks down not enhance them.

Why? Not hating, seriously wondering. Your not looking forward to any other track? Have you heard the two leaked tracks - this album, if Nas & Dm were on their own, had the potential to be an absolute classic becuase of thier chemistry. Features could easily ruin it. Wayne AND Joss Stone? Very strange move on Nas & Dm's part.

K'naan is dope, and imo he fits their styles well. Africa Must Wake up is great.

Wayne shouldn't be on this record........

I'm only looking forward to the track with Weezy because I can't stand Nas.
He is, to me, one of the most overrated rappers ever.
His delivery is boring as hell, and his flow is nothing special.
Sure, his rhymes are good, but that means nothing if you don't feel the flow or delivery.
Damian on the other hand, is dope. I love his solo stuff, but in my opinion, Nas only ruins it.

So if one of my favorite rappers is on a track with these two, that is the track I'm looking forward to.
I don't know if this makes any sense to you, but that is how I feel.

I know a lot of people on this forum are Nas fans, but I'm simply just not one of them.

Well I can relate to you saying his delivery is boring - Whilst I don't fully agree as I like Nas, he's constantly monotone and hardly ever changes his style. This why Eminem is so much better though, Nas doesn't have the ability Em does to sound so drastically fresh and new each time.

I also feel Nas wastes some of his most genius lines by not emphasizing things, he just smoothly flows over them and whilst this is intentional... I feel he wastes so much.

But it's not just his rhymes it's what he says. He's a very intelligent rapper, very poetic and so much better than Wayne it's ridiculous. I also find it odd you criticizing Nas' flow - His flow is so much tighter and more accomplished than Lil Wayne's.

Wayne's is loose and often lazy. Nas sounds way more enjoyable to listen to me and he's more skilled in every department.

I wouldn't say Nas ruined the tracks either, he enhanced them. I think "Strong Will Continue" and "As We Enter" both sound superb.
