Relapse and word play shouldn't go together unless you don't know what word play is...Recovery is far superior to any other Eminem album in terms of word play

Word play is basically just a play on words, like using one word then flipping the meaing the meaning of it

eg, "you where a stillborn baby, mother didn't want you but you where still-born"

Relapse has some quality wordplay, 3am and SWA in particular

I changed my list around a little
Same sword they knight you they gon' good night you with
Sh.., Thats' only half if they like you
That ain't even the half what they might do
Don't believe me, ask Michael
See Martin, see Malcolm
You see Biggie, see Pac, see success and its outcome
See Jesus, see Judas; see Caesar, see Brutus
See success is like suicide
Suicide, it's a suicide
If you succeed, prepare to be crucified

"Wordplay is simply playing around with words and their meanings - using language in clever ways." - From the book How to rap

Great book by the way. Go check it out, you won't be disappointed.

I'm not gonna give you any when you've already listened to the album. I can easily find one or two - and so can you - but that couldn't be less relevant since I'm talking about the album as a whole and not just a couple of lines.

Just for the record, I never said that Recovery didn't have nice wordplay. I just think Relapse is better.

Relapse has basically no wordplay :facepalm2

And I love that line by Bekay because it plays on little too, pediatrician's patients are kids
