What the fuck.

Did you ignore every single retarded comment during the course of these 7 pages to reply to me and my Top 5?

I don't understand...

Suicide wrote:Did you just discover hip hop or something?

Are you the same moron who got offended and told me to calm down when I said that Nas' quote on Renegade is retarded?

Go drown yourself in your sink.

Your sorely mistaken if I get offended by someone like you.

And I'm definetely going to jump in a sink because your opinion means so much to me.

Your top 5 is just wack. Face it.

Where's the Ice Cube, Scarface, Biggie Smalls, Rakim, Nas, Mos Def, Talib Kweli, Prodigy? Ghostface Killah? You've missed like every emcee relevant to the game. GZA? Raekwon? 2pac? Masta Ace? Slick Rick? None. Only two that deserve to be in your top 5 is Jay-Z and Eminem. (But Eminem is certainly not number 1.) And you could probably make a good argument for Tech N9ne, but still.

Essentially your whole top 5 list is just one :facepalm2

And anything else you say it seems. :facepalm

lol@you not recognizing this classic thread and worshiping it's presence the moment you saw it but instead deciding to lay down a sarcastic comment as the first reply which will be virtually irrelevant 20 years from now. Cunt.

I knew it had the potential and was deciding if I should pick a side and jump start it for you but I decided on not getting involved so you could finally get a classic thread without my help.

Oh yeah and fuck your angelic sissy ass too.

You're not a "nobody", bro. And sorry if you got it like that. However you're a single individual trying to prove that a definite classic album isn't a classic album isn't gonna change anything

lol, and you're a single individual saying that it absolutely cannot be denied that every album Pac put out while alive was a classic. I was not trying to prove that All Eyez on Me wasn't a classic either, I said that some people argue that it is, but for me personally it isn't a classic in the bracket of Ready To Die, The Blueprint, Illmatic, MMLP etc. You were the one so adamant that it could not be denied that every album he put out was a classic and that it can't be argued.

OK, I guess there' are a lot of claims for All Eyez On Me being a classic. I can accept that in the opinion of the majority of hip-hop fans, that it is regarded as a classic - not that I ever said that the majority didn't think that way, though (that's why I specifically mentioned AEOM and the Don Killuminati because I recognised that those two albums seem to have the most people regarding them as classics. I just said that in my opinion it isnt up there. Though judging from those lists more people seem to place Me Against The World above The Don Killuminati. Hmmm).

Anyway, like you said you were "half right". So that means you were half-wrong. Make that 2/3rds wrong since its only really All Eyez on me (and possibly Me Against The World) which are regarded as definite, bona-fide classics by the majority of hip-hop fans. Lulz.

Nah, I'm all for derailing threads bruh, in fact I endorse it and buy out ads for it on the side of eBay. But it's just the mind-state of only having classic MCs from the golden era in your top 10 can make it respectable. The only MCs like that in my top 15 are Jay, Masta Ace, Black Thought, Nas, & Em. It's just really close-minded to think of hip-hop like that.

I understand. And tbh I really really think like that in most cases. Although I think Tech N9ne could make it in the top 10-20 very easily based on his albums. And on occassion I do acknowledge new dope emcees. Royce Da 5'9 and Hopsin are pretty ill.

I listen to all hip-hop just to clarify. But, I just like the old stuff better I guess.

And lmfao at the above post.

You're a dumbfuck. So because Royce, Tech and Budden aren't relevant they don't deserve to be in MY fucking list? Like Satire said, Hip Hop fans like you are scum. Those three emcess are way better than everyone you listed. And for the record, I have listened to all of them, they're not touching my Top 5. Maybe Nas, Mos Def and 2Pac but that's it.

Fuck you Gza (in his prime), Kweli, Masta Ace, and Ghostface are definitely comparable off the strength of discography alone. The latter two being able to adapt with the times and still drop great albums 10 years after their debut. Though I don't really feel like turning it into a debate.

I've been trying to get into GZA since you joined but something about his voice pisses me off. Surprisingly enough I really like Masta Ace though.
