Iovine should be happy anyway, so Kendrick won't get dropped.

After listening to the whole thing through once, the only song I wasn't a big fan of was "Real." Maybe I'll like it more on more listens, but that's the only negative of the album for me as of now.
Favorite for me is probably "The Art of Peer Pressure."

This is how it is for me, really the only song I don't like is Real. His verses are great btw but there's something about the song's structure that I don't like.

My favorite is I'm Dying Of Thirst. Very hypnotic song. :y:

I don't really give new people a chance but this CD was dope as hell. Officially a fan.

About to go out and get my copy. Anyone know how much the deluxe is? I'm assuming at least $15.

So at Best Buy it'll probably be 15 unless they got it on sale for 10.

I still haven't checked out Section.80 even, all I've heard from Kendrick is his cyphers and verses here or there; he definitely seems deep, his style is very dense.

Given the response this album is getting... I definitely wanna purchase this and spin it live from CD through headphones; as over the years what I do is just download albums and then buy them occasionally, and just purchase albums I like or want to own physical copies of; it's been a while since I've truly experienced a new, great album, from a physical copy without hearing it first.

So, I think I'll reserve a presumed respect for this release, see what happens.

I think I admit I was wrong, and it will definitely sell more than 200 000. This is a great day for Hip Hop.

Might change again in the next few days... cool to see his fans supporting him.

This is crazy, when I went to Best Buy they only had one deluxe version remaining.
