Outkast-Speakerbox/The Love Below- 11 million (It actually only sold 5.5 but its a double album)
MC Hammer- Hammer Don't Hurt Em- 10 Million
Notorious B.I.G- Life After Death- 10 Million
Beastie Boys- License To Ill-9 Million
Will Smith- Big Willie Style- 9 Million
Eminem- MMLP- 9 Million
Tupac- All Eyez On Me- 9 Million

I'm pretty sure MMLP is slightly over 10 million and TES is in the high 9 millions.

Actually that was wrong, that only went by how many times it went platinum.
