50 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>

He is (or was) one of the best 'mainstream' rappers out.

I'd much prefer to listen to Power Of The Dollar, Get Rich Or Die Tryin' and even The Massacre over B.o.B and Kanye's music.

Let's not pretend he is an amazing rapper technically, or a revolutionary lyricist, or a brilliant "artist" because he isn't....but he has made some great music over the years.

50 is very hit or miss these days (a bit like 2010 Eminem in some respect) but I liked those two free mixtapes he dropped in 2009, whilst BISD was average at best with very little replay value

Co-Sign Lello about GRODT soundtrack

This track is from there :y:

I just find 50 generally very "easy listening" music. Sometimes you need stuff like this

50 >>>> ? no way lmao.

I like Power of the Dollar and Get Rich too, but Kanye and B.o.B at their worst is more interesting and enjoyable then 50 at his best.

And The Massacre is a drink coaster.

The Massacre was a great album. Not as good as Get Rich Or Die Tryin'...but still decent.

Full of some classic hit/club tracks.

Well there you go, I can't stand club tracks.

Only good tracks on it for me were... "I'm Supposed to Die Tonight"... Wow, not much else. I mean literally a handful of tracks, there was so much trash.

He just can't evolve, he's so one dimensional. He was already so redundant by that album.

As for saying Andre 3k is not lyrical >>>> :facepalm :facepalm2 :facepalm <<<< You've just ethered yourself right there and proved you know nothing.

And you quite clearly don't know much B.o.B or understand him if you think he's not lyrical either. B.o.B cannot be defined as one genre. He's foremost a hip-hop artist, that's his vibe and the backdrop of his music but he incorporates many genres.

It's not that hip-hop is not his strong point - it's that he's a fantastic singer and MUSICIAN also, and likes to make full / proper songs and not just rap. He's a very special artist, but if you think he can't rap strong... You clearly don't know much B.o.B and are just basing that off of a perception.

You've proven you're ignorant and hypocritical enough to me now. I'm out of this thread. Slander me all you want (which you will, predictably) when I'm gone. B.o.B is creative as fuck and is very lyrical, in a true sense. He's poetic and mature, and an amazing songwriter already.

>> Anything 50 has ever made or could dream up.

Andre 3k deserves a mention in one of the greatest. 50 Cent deserves his mention as one of the worst. Later.

wow what a blowup. not everything is black or white.

firstly, i can't believe you are so sure that andre 3000 is lyrical. i thought it was common knowledge that 3k is not considered amongst the elite when it comes to lyrics. when outkast and z-ro were on bad terms, that was all z-ro and his side ever talked about, how andre 3000 was a pop rapper with no lyrics, although obviously that's not true, it showed that in the hip hop community andre 3000 wasn't really seen as the most lyrical of rappers. don't get me wrong, when he's on he's on lyrically, like aquimeni when he was very good lyrically, and the art of storytelling series...but overall, no he was never ever consistently good lyrically.

b.o.b is the same, there is no way on earth that b.o.b is a lyrical god. out of these newish rappers, j.cole is lyrical, lupe fiasco is lyrical....b.o.b is not. i like b.o.b, i think he's great, but he is not lyrical. just because he has songs that are lyrically very good doesn't make him lyrical all the time, i can find rappers who have great lyrical songs, it doesn't make them lyrical though. it's like saying souljah boy has mean mug, that's a gangsta rap song, does that make him a gangsta rap artist? no it doesn't.

at the end of the day, you are the definition of a hater. if you don't like an artist, ignore them and skip their posts, however you follow anything 50 cent related like a bad smell. it's obvious there's not much going right in your life for you to channel your hate towards someone else. i hate lil wayne, but you will hardly ever see me comment any lil wayne posts here or anywhere else. read it, listen to it, understand it. hater.

^ Well the fact he's concluded by calling me a hater just shows what a complete moron he is. After all that, he still comes back to that babyish thinking.

He's not worth debating. What a fucking child. If he's going to act like a five year old, I'll treat him like one and ignore him. 'Hater'... :facepalm

Menzo wrote:^^ Ahh dude, he's not a fuckin hater. The fact that he puts in a thorough response is evidence enough that he doesn't just 'hate'. He thinks it through.

And to be honest, people often hop on his dick when he states his opinion on an artist he's not fond of, and then he gets mad cuz people usually say stupid things like: "You're just a hater".

If I went to every single Lil Wayne or Young Money thread and kept repeating myself about how garbage he is, how I think he's got no talent etc. - that would make me a hater. The fact that he writes paragraphs regarding said issue only confirms how much time he is willing to invest in negativity, nothing more.

What I rather do is comment on artists music that I actually enjoy, you know that are worthy of my time, because I've got better things to do than channel hate towards someone who I'm not fond of.

Not to mention that once he is questioned about it, he/she responds with attacks on the poster, rather than the argument, and constant moving of the goalposts and ignoring of aspects of the argument.

Dude's struggling.
