Wiz isn't fronting like he's dropping knowledge or is some lyrical god, he's just making lifestyle music. I've had this album on replay, it's getting steadily better. I enjoy it, and On My Level is my jam.
But his acknowledgement of his repetitive subject matter doesn't make it any more interesting to listen to. I get that it makes it better because he's not acting as if he's this lyrical genius, but regardless of his own opinion, his music is still all about the same thing, which gets old. Quickly.
