Hip Hop is Dead is underrated though.

It is under rated on this forum. Master Chief's earlier post proves that and

F & L > Illmatic

Almost everyone on this forum loves Lupe. Block, who thinks Lupe is overrated, said that Food & Liquor was a true classic. Before you came along MC even liked Lupe. Now he only hates him because you're the helpless weak little nerd in the sandbox and he's the bully, stomping on your castle.

That was Dead Prez, when we started the short lived host club.

I was one of the founders along with Kez and shortly after us came Mdemaz. :coffee:

Putting any Eminem, 50 Cent or Jay-Z album in a list of underrated albums is just stupid.

Hmmmm, off the top of my head:

MF DOOM - Mm.. Food (The first thing that comes to mind when you hear the name MF DOOM is probably his collab album with Madlib, Madvillainy. That's a shame because DOOM himself is a fantastic producer, and IMO this album deserves the praise just as much as it's "predecessor".)
OutKast - Idlewild (It's viewed more as a soundtrack to the movie of the same name, and often gets overlooked 'cause of how good Kast's studio albums are. The blues/jazz/soul influences make this album more accessible than the rest of OutKast's catalog, so if you haven't, give it a listen!)
The Pharcyde - Bizarre Ride II The Pharcyde (This is like a west coast De La Soul. Humor, wit & social awareness of this album cemented its place as one of the best the Daisy Age has produced.)
...The mortician of love, sent from above
Forced entry, the more wenchy, the more stingy I become
Been doing this for more than a quarter century, I'm just numb...

why do you say that? I think Curtis was a great album full of good songs in there, but reviewers say that it is a garbage. so, I think, it´s underrated..

It's stupid to suggest any of those artists are underrated when they're names that every single person knows even if they hate the music.

Not at all.

Slim Shady LP is the best album of all time, for me. Most people won't agree with that. Therefore it = underrated to me.

underrated and overrated are the dumbest phrases ever. It's an opinion about your opinion compared to other opinions.
