Some guy i got introduced to last week and who now holds the record of the WORLD's longest freeestyle. 9 hours and a couple minutes... incredible.

Em rarely ever actually 'freestyled'. 99% of everything he has ever put out is written. Don't be fooled. If he's flowing perfectly to a beat and hitting perfect multies without any pauses to think, then it's most likely not freestyled. Even the best have to pause to think.

That was decent, but that's how EVERYONE freestyles. Freestyling about things around you is actually much easier than freeing straight off the top about randomness.

And I'm not talking in terms simply of length, but what is being said. The depth of what he's saying, complexity, etc.

I honestly don't believe anyone is better than Eyedea when it comes to freestyling. He frees better verses than most people have written.

Honestly battle rappers are definitly better freestylers than music rappers in general. Eyedea is (well was) a battle rapper so he had to stay sharp with the frees. Alot of guys from Grindtime, especially fresh coast guys are insane with the frees. Go to youtube and watch Okwerdz freestyles. I think Dizaster might be one of the best freestylers. I've watch his battles for awhile and lately he comes up with these crazy insane frees. Hard to tell a true free these days tho. But in my opinion back in wrc days NoCanDo freestyle>*

Yeah, Kristoff is sick at frees, as well. Look up "Eyedea and friends" on youtube. Kris has a huge freestyle sesh with eyedea and a few other dudes.. It's dope.
