Dre does have a record of fantastic collabs with a lot of artists, but he's only ever really had one team.

Eminem's style is really different to Dre's, and both have aided each other enormously but after their initiation period to one anthers music, it's evident they didn't really need to be in each others presence for long hours of a day to record material.

From everything that's been said, seen and heard from Dre's sessions from Chronic to Doggystyle to Chronic 2001, it's evident it was a major team effort where an atmosphere was set and consequently resulted in the classic material created.

In the environment refers to the people who have been there all along - Dre, Snoop, DOC, DPG, Warren G, Nate Dogg, Mel Man and the like. That's the team. Eminem is apart of that team. The wrong people in that environment = all these new producers on hand to aid Dre (Blaze, Bo1da, AlexDaKid, Swizzy) and these new motherfuckers who have proven nothing like Slim da Mobster.

Don't like him too, he's probably the biggest sellout in HipHop history. And after (probably) dissing Em the last days I like him even less.

He has never been a creative monster or anything lyrically but is probably a prime example of someone who is all about the entertainment. His last album would actually have been really good if it wasn't so long.
