john connor was so good i listened to the mixtape twice... now thats hard to do when you are a new rapper!! What he lacks in repetitive subject matter he definitely makes up in innovative lyricism and "fresh" passion for the music, for his career and for what he thinks of other rappers.
That second TIC verse? Loved it. Soldier, TIC and Stan are special favourites. Dj Don Cannon made really good production (in terms of it sounding proffessional and not homemade in someone's basement) Still think that the hooks he redid were average to wack though.
LOVE IT!! Will listen to his Debut album and heard he's opened for both Slaughterhouse and Hopsin (on hiphopdx comments section) so would like some collabos in that direction!
