Let's say for instance I put up Mos Def for $100 million. Since you all can't have the same artists, you all put up larger amounts of money until you can't bid anymore. The member who offered the highest amount wins the artist and is allowed to place them on their label.

And income would be a great feature, you'd only have to edit the first post every 24 hours when you auction off new artists, it wouldn't be too hard. Plus, I allows for this to be focused around critical thought like monopoly.
