I agree with this list.

Lol at people who think Em should be on this list. No, he hasn't fallen off lyrically. Some of his fanbase just moved on and "grew up" so to speak while Em didn't. Em technically grew up and got more mature but he's still wacky as fuck. Just listen to his music.

Jay and Wayne should be on this list. Especially Wayne. It's SO obvious.
