Nah... his last albums were solid but he went political & the general public wouldn't listen to it. He just can't embarrass LA or the West regardless too.

Yeah, it's a figure of speech. I don't think Pain really meant he's embarassing them lol.. Just that he fell off hard.

I know... I was surprised a west coaster said that. :o That's nearly impossible to hear in LA but I guess it's the age thing.
Cube was always consistent & never fell off too. He's been way more into acting for the last 10 & even more years too.

Snoop is just a few years younger than Cube but came nearly 10 years after Cube. Cube was well known from like mid 80's & Snoop from early 90's. Snoop's from the next generation of rappers.
Dre has always been as relevant or even more relevant than Cube but never as a rapper & mainly 'cuz of been the greatest producer of all time.
Dre's two albums are two of the best ever made but Cube's got at least 2 of that caliber & many more great ones to add to his catalogue.

Nope... his last album did way more than enough for him to be relevant. Again... name 3 rappers of his generation who are as relevant as him nowadays.

:shakehead:
All 3 came way after Cube... none of them is a rapper from his generation. Not a lotta radio stations played Cube in his prime either... his style is nothing to be played on the radio nowadays & he doesn't care about hits which would put him on there too. Ice Cube is any LA rapper's favorite rapper so most likely your favorite rapper from LA would say he's the greatest West Coast rapper of all time.

I guess you know about Pac as much as you know about Cube, Jay, Nas & Xzibit. Pac is definitely one of the greatest ever & the greatest for many but one thing he wasn't is a west coaster! lol You need to do a lotta research tbh.

I definitely know what Pac represented better than you as you don't even know what generation all those rappers you brought were... lol Regardless that doesn't mean he was a west coaster, which I believe you said he was. Plus as far as I remember Pac & Outlawz were Bay area artists ( I might be wrong lol) & you were talking about LA.
Just do some research & you'll be ok... I think. lol
