I don't know what Spy & TonyTilt meant about it but I meant in general. Fab was way more active before the last couple of years or so. I just pointed out the stand out few songs I remember by him for that period... not like underground or commercial ones. Just the ones that have made strong impression on me for that period of time. That's why I said he's had good ones here & there in that period.

It's true he hasn't been totally inactive... that would be a hiatus or whatever. When I said not as active as usual I meant he use to go on tours with other artists... including 50, he use to have a few good feats on other artist albums every year & most of it he use to drop an album every 2-3 years or so. His last album was like 4 years ago & I don't see a new one coming this year too.
I haven't heard his mixtapes so I don't know how good they are though...

Most of them are him rapping over other people's beats, but the Soul Tapes are more jazzy/rnb. I like them especially 2nd one.

There was Death comes in 3's or something like that, it was part of series (No Competition?) and that one was a little harder.

They weren't phenomenal or anything, but I was digging them.

This^^ But yeah, I was saying as opposed to old Fab I don't like the newer jazzy/smooth shit. He just doesn't strike me as that kind of rapper.
