USUAL SUSPECTS, SAME FUCKING STORY.

We get it, some people don't like Kanye here, some do. Can we just let it go already?

You obviously haven't grasped how TRShady works yet, even though you've been here a long time "The Artist Formerly Known As Zabe".

Alm is asking a question, we're answering.

That's how threads work.

The problem is not about liking Kanye or not. Problem is, when dudes like Alm, who has so many times called someone a delusional Stan, get even more delusional about Kanye than the most delusional Stan ever.

I'm criticising Alm too, he gets way too hyped for Kanye (as do I, it's a flaw, I'll work on it).

And I do know how TR works, and that's why I'm saying what I'm saying to change it for the better.

Alight, no more, you kids keeps nattering on about Eminem's veins and Kanye's freckles.

It's not going to change, especially not with registration closed and the same people all stuck here together.

TR needs to get dat butt in gear and re-open the registration.

Get as hyped as you want. But don`t have double standards. That is the only problem.

In my eyes, overhype more or less equals double standards.

lol hey guys if you want a real head bursting then go look at Yeezus' wikipedia reception section.

I used to think the whole idea that Kanye receives exaggerated critical acclaim was bull, but you have GOT to be kidding me. :facepalm

Maybe for better discussion you could post why the lyrics are good (or aren't bad) and those who disagree can counter argue.

I can't really comment because after 30, no 8 seconds into the first track my ear drums began taking seizures. But I've listened to a few of the songs after shuffling and yeah the lyrics are average, and the beats are over powering. He struck it perfect on mbdtf but not on this one.

There were glimpses though.

Oh and on an "off topic" note, is TRshady literally not allowing registration for the site any more ?

Look, truth be told, this is the definition of a Marmite album. Some people adore it like an Adonis of sonic imagery, and some hate it like it's the Holocaust in audio form. This is Ye's Relapse.

Nope. Blame it on Kathy, Blu and BlueBerryWomb.

You can blame them, but it's not because of Alt accounts.

It's because of all of the bots. You guys don't see them, because the mod team handles them behind the scenes, but we deal with hundreds of bot posts per week. Anyway, since it built up and got out of hand, the Email service that TR uses temporarily shut down service due to all of the suspicious traffic. He's currently updating the registration process, clearing out some of the clutter, and we're banning all of the bot accounts we come across.

...

Kanye's rapping isn't bad on this, but I wouldn't say it was good. People wouldn't be saying it so loudly if others weren't worshiping this album like it's the audio of two gods having sex.

Rapping and writing are two different things you idiots lmao.

Was his rapping on beat? Yes, it was... His flow and delivery was on point... So he rapped just fine.

On point? It was standard Kanye West flow. Basically, not great.
