You don't need any of these reasons.
If his music was really good and got better, wouldn't matter.
He was always a terrible rapper, in terms of technical aspects.
Get Rich was just a lucky / magic combination of production, melody and image...
Everything since has been garbage beyond a handful of songs. But he's a terrible lyricist, and isn't at all creative; every album is the same themes explored in almost exactly the same ways, and really badly. So the reason for his decline is because he's not interesting, or very talented.
