And L-O-fucking L at some of these lists. Are any of you motherfuckers even over 18??? Did you heads start getting into hip hop in 2008? I've never seen so much pop rap fgt shit grouped together on a 'Best Of' list in my entire life. Bunch of fucking hip hop n00bs for the most part.

If the music I listed was garbage then you'd be correct. As a fan of REAL HIP HOP since '94 there is barely anything hovering around the mainstream level that's even listenable, let alone dope. So of course you gotta look into the underground shit to find the real gems. Go listen to a few of those albums and tell me they dont shit on 95% of the TRASH you heads got on your lists.

You can all thank me later *brushes dirt off of shoulder*

Everything you said is exactly what I expected an RA album to be tho so it still wasn't a disappointment. Also you're a douche.

Okay so I know you're trolling but I'm going to respond as if you're not.

I just looked up songs off your top tier albums and nothing impressed me at all. Everything was just generic, boring underground hip-hop. They weren't bringing anything lyrically, technically or sonically new, interesting or impressive at all. There are literally hundreds of raps who are equally as good as all of them. Things aren't good because they're not mainstream. You're the one who sounds like they're 16 and I honestly hope this is never how I used to portray myself.

Yea cause listening to a track here and there (if you actually did) definitely tells you all you need to know about an album *shaking head*

As a once great, now shitty rapper once said 'Do you listen to music or do you just skim through it'

That's like someone never listening to Eminem having the first track they ever hear from him being Fack and automatically dismissing him as garbage. This is some GROWN UP MUSIC though son so im sure you'll find a way to bash it because there isn't some intricate rhyme scheme with multi's littered throughout *shaking head*

I mean classless, you have Gay-Z, A$AP Cocky, Cage <-----Really? That album had four good tracks on it and the rest sounded like dude ate a bunch of xanax and tried spitting on some zzzzzzzzzz. Please tell me where the 'lyrically, technically or sonically new, interesting or impressive' sounds are on the Cage or Gay-Z albums??? Gay-Z spitting as basic as it can get about how rich he is and how he's married to Beyonce over gay sounding commercialized beats fits into the boxed in perception of hip hop i quoted from you?!? *shaking head*

And bigray there's hip hop and then there's rap music. Listen to some of my album choices, then go put on your local radio station and you'll be able to tell the difference. *drops wireless mouse*

Yea Lil Gayne, Jizz Khalifa, Wac Miller, and Machine Cum Smelly are a few others i came up with too *bows*

Classless ill give you that Sadistik album is aight, even though his style isn't really my cup of tea. But the Earl and Pusha T were mad disappointing. Same with the Cage to an extent. At least he came out of that emo fgt phase he was in with Depart From Me but still he sounded way too laid back and his rhymes sounded way too fuckin forced.

Evidence + Alchemist album dropping in a couple weeks is going to be flames.

Also that Roc Marciano shit too.

And bigray yea i made the list in the OP. Tell me the style of hip hop you like and ill point you in the right direction in terms of the albums from my coveted list.

Earl's album was good. His style is boring but he's one of the best writer's in Hip-Hop. Pusha T's album was pretty much what I expected. This is a weak year tho and I wouldn't include the bottom half of my list on most year's lists. Cage's album was awesome. He's an artist you either get or you don't get and his album resonates with me. Mighty Mi's production was awesome and I thought Cage's laid back, dark delivery fitted the beats perfectly. Only forced rhyme I can think of was the Joseph Smith rhyme. He didn't focus on rhyming that much.

Roc Marciano is a generic, average underground rapper. If you have a thing for personalityless rappers with monotone deliveries, generic battle rap lyrics and boring flows over bad underground beats then that's fine but don't act like you have a superior taste in Hip-Hop.
