and da drought 3 is probably one of the best mixtapes of all time

but trshady will tell you that wayne is wack just like other forums will tell you that eminem is wack just because the fans can't accept that the 2 artists are different

I don't like wayne but Drought 3 IS the goat mixtape

I don't blame people for shitting on Eminem, his stans are just the woat

with that said, I'd take lil wayne's old albums over eminem's any day of the week, and em is one of my favorites

Wayne does have some good stuff. Most if the time it's his delivery and charisma. His music tends or used to tend to have a lot of character, very entertaining. Also he's got some really cool/funny lines. Also he does have several songs with substance if that's what you're looking for.

tbh, hes easily the 2nd most influential rapper of the 2000s, a lot of new rappers are still trying to replicate that flow/cadence he brought to the game

Em has influenced almost every rapper, doesn't even who do you ask, it's always Em.

Even that Finnish Rapper biggest inspiration was Em, Em didn't do good on that one tho. :D

I can explain Drake's appeal (Drake's catchy).

I've always struggled with Lil Wayne. Apart from Lollipop and Mirror, he doesn't really have many catchy songs. His writing and punchlines have always been atrocious.

Maybe it's his voice acting on the mic. He's always rapping like he's barely even trying, which some kids think is cool, I guess. I just think it's annoying.

Also if you're just judging songs on how lyricalzzz they are and their rhymes and just scrutinizing every aspect that you're accustomed to hearing from Eminem that is your basis for what a "lyrical" song is, it's probably not gonna turn out too well for you.

I enjoy The Carter I, II, III and IV.

I am not a human being I and II are garbage, and so is Rebirth.

Never listened to his mixtapes, so idk if they're as great as people say.

started as your average bad rapper, and just gradually declined from there. what's impressive about wayne is that he actually managed to remain incredibly successful in doing so. this is something you'll almost never see :-k
