And Pump It Up was not a sellout, it was a clubrecord, if you took the time to listen to the actuall album which Pump It Up was on, you would have known that he didn't sellout. Alot of albums have a clubrecord or two.

2003, that's when I heard that album. I checked its material and I wasn't feeling the album, beside a track or two, "Walk With Me" was the standout song for me. I get what your saying, but the thing is, Joey beefs with legends that are not in their prime anymore. Method Man, not in his prime, Prodigy, not in his prime. That's why I think his a bitch, its cause if they were in their prime, Buddens would of been whipped out of the Hip Hop scene long time ago. What has he done for Hip Hop again? Keeping it alive? You mean the Slaughter House act? Even Joe Budden fans know that he didn't bring his A game on that album. Is it my fault that 90's Hip Hop is better than 09 Hip Hop? Beats: Those are the shittest beats I've heard on a 50 Cent album. What the FUCK were those beats? 50 lost it, he either doesn't recognize dope beats anymore or his just retarded. I can just imagine the other beats that could of made the album since 0fucking6, wow I can't believe this seriously. ALL that fucking money and he STILL couldn't buy some proper 50 Cent fucking beats? What the fuck happened to the old 50 Cent type beats? Seriously its like he completely changed the fuck out of himself. I don't believe that was 50 rapping on the album, no fucking way. The GRODT/Power Of The Dollar/Massacre and EVEN Curtis had better beats, seriously that ain't 50.

Lyrics: Pretty much the same Fif' but the lack of creativity was killing me throughout. Damn I thought growing up would make him do concepts he hasn't done before, but damn this was all that same old gangsta shit, except this time his voice annoyed the fuck out of me. His voice just grew way to much, he really DOES sound like a guerrilla now. I can't describe how much I hate his voice on this album, fuck I really can't.

Overall Rating: Fucking 1/10, even that Eminem collab wasn't anything special. Now I really want 50 to retire, he fucking better, cause this album was the shittest album I've heard in my life. I'm 100% serious, 100% certain that this is the shittest album I've heard. Usually you have a few tracks in shit albums that you can still chill or vibe to, but this was all round wack. Fucking 1/10.

If you didn't feel the album, fair enough.. I'm not saying it was perfect, but people usually just associate him with Pump It Up.

The beefs, lol... Well, Prodigy started it, he called Joey a faggot out of the blue, he dissed Joe without a reason. So you're saying Joey can't say somethign back just because Prodigy has dropped some legendary albums (the current Prodigy is a dickhead, and you know that)? Dude even dissed Crooked I in that letter he wrote.. Prodigy is a pissed of rapper who knows he fell off and he is in need of attention.

Method Man, well, he never dissed him. Through out the whole ''beef'' he didn't really diss him. We all know it started with that vid where he adressed his feelings toward that vibe list. Maybe it wasn't the smartest move he has done, but, Meth knew he couldn't compete against Joey, not the current Meth we know. So he resorted to the media as an outlet. I mean, come one, the whole Wu got worked up about what? Someone's opinion? And then Deck dropping a diss track, which was wack btw, while it was not his business? I mean, I get that the Wu is a unity and that they got each others backs, but really, people have said worser things about the Wu, in songs, and they didn't react as they did when Joey said that he could out rap Method Man. Which is true, 'cause if it wasn't, Meth would have accepted the challenge.

And I was not refering to the Salughterhouse act, of course it is mentionable, but what I meant was the mixtapes he dropped (Mood Muzik series), the albums he dropped (Halfway House and Padded Room) and his upcoming album are all things that I consider good for Hip Hop. Atleast he's contributing to Hip Hop, whereas Prodigy and Method Man not that much or nothing at all anymore (Prodigy).

So, no, he's far from overrated, maybe in the eyes of his fans, but that's the same with every other artist. Joe Budden is actually quite underrated in general.
