He's pretty mediocre to me. I can appreciate his success; I remember a few years ago he was being interviewed for Degrassi and he said his passion was music and his dream was to be a rapper. I give him props on keeping at it til he made it. I still don't like his music though.

To put Cole in that group is just a shame. He's not the one singing best I ever had, or collaborating with birdman and wayne. He produces his own beats , raps about real stuff and is like the opposite of selling out.

Up untill there I agree, word is that Drake doesn't even write his own shit.

And, no, Cole and Wale are good rappers, you're just judging them without giving them a proper listen. I used to hate on Wale as well, however, I gave him a chance, and now I like alot of his songs. His wordplay is dope. And Cole, well, I actually thought that you would like him, he has kinda that old school feel to him.
