i think C4 will be too serious of an album to do 1 mill, in other words less pop appeal...just reading over some of his letters from jail, it's hard to picture this guy putting out another Lollipop...C4 is gonna be a serious album imo with a lot of songs along the lines of Misunderstood, Tie My Hands, Georgia Bush, Shoot Me Down...i just dont see it having the mainstream appeal even tho it could be Wayne's best album
