it's definitely not up there with Big, Em or 3stacks but it's one of the most complex flows.

Even Lupe has a better flow than tech.

You can hate Tech for his lyrics, you can hate Tech for his image, but you cannot deny his flow. That's just being dumb.

This wasn't Kendrick's first time name dropping.

Ya talking Illuminati, I’m talking eliminating
Everyone including Satan, Lord knows heaven waiting
I’m the best rapper alive!
Tell Wayne to swallow his pride
Ya niggas talking that jive
I’m talking that Malcolm X
Martin Luther hustles through ya ripping through ya fucking set
I’m the best rapper alive!
Jigga man should’ve retired
I’m going after Kanye, Lupe Fiasco and Nas
Snoop Dogg and mister Andre, Eminem, Busta Buss Rhymes
Y’all better bust no more rhymes
I’ma start busting your ass
If you walk with a metro, then throw a bus on your ass!

it was before he blew up though, it was nothing serious.
He would never diss jay-z, he considers him as the best rapper ever, like the number #1

I remember an old interview where he said that he would rank these rappers like this:

1) Jay-Z
2) Pac
3) Nas
4) Biggie
5) Eminem / Snoop Dogg

and for Ab-Soul, Jay-Z and Lupe are the goats

SliK I posted it back in the early pages, like somewhere around page 7 if you look for it.

I honestly can't believe what I'm reading here lmao Kendrick has some of the most unorthodox and creative flows in the game right now. He almost never uses the flow you would expect on a beat and he is constantly switching it up throughout the verse. Flows are absolutely one of Kendrick's strong points along with about every other aspect of rap.

And no one said this verse was great technically, outside from the last part about raising the bar, but its great because of what it represents. The name dropping part wasn't even the craziest part.

"Machiavelli's son, I'm the king of New York
And the king of the coast, with one hand I juggle them both"

Is one of the illest lines I've ever heard. This verse is going to cause so much great things to happen in Hip-Hop. That's why everyone is making a big deal about it.

No one on here has been in a position where they could even come close to writing a line with the magnitude of that line.

Tbh Kendrick gets a W for every response that gets made, regardless of how hard they come.

They're only on the map right now because of Kendrick and they're all making verses about him. He's on top of the game and not one ting can change that. Joel might drop a hot response but did he follow up Section.80 with gkmc? Did he get invited onto every track and murder every hot rapper in the game right now? No. He made Wrlcome to Our House, lol. Budden made WTOH then No Love Lost or whatever it was and both were mediocre.

One hot verse doesn't matter, Kendrick has had 3 hot years.
