Bout to be on the cover of XXL, is in damn near every music magazine the past month, yeah he's not blowing up.

A lot of underground rappers are in magazines often.. Maybe not covers often but still. I have yet to ever hear one of his tracks on the radio or any advertising, game, etc.. I never even heard of him until a producer online showed me that Yonkers video.. He's underground and has an underground sound even. His music isn't generally radio friendly, which I'm not saying music should necessarily be, but when he's dissing based on popularity what am I gonna do?

@ Jaz, i can see were your comeing from but do you know Tyler that well and have you seen his acclaim
He most defently is not undergound... Hes signed to XL witch is a Huge british lable that has the likes of M.I.A, The Gorilaz ect. The Following he has across the internet is bigger than any cultural following any underground artist has ever had, all in the space of a few years... at 20 years old
He will defently continue to rize, success is certain (No Royce Pun intented)

M.I.A? She had one song that was known in the US, and one she was involved in because it had 4 big names on it.

Now don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to take away from what he does and what he makes for himself, I'm just saying I don't think he's in a position to be making claims like that.

Your saying Swaga like us was the only song well known in the U.S ? Seriously ? Her Most Recent Album sold Very Well in the U.S and shes in a Split Deal with XL and Interscope, Id say shes not doing bad Stateside, and Maybe he shouldnt of said that, but being underground is not what he wants, so you can respect his right to say it since Underground rappers spend time complaining about Mainstream

I think Tyler's pretty clever. I like a good bit of his album. His music sounds original, and maybe it is a bit gimmicky, but I can still appreciate it.
