One love bro, all good.

Had the pleasure of doing work with the great Ziggy Marley at Warner today for Reggae Nation, and during a few break sessions I put in some Kendrick Lamar time and got Ziggy to listen to it and he absolutely loved it. He said a lot of the sounds reminded him of the later works of The Isley Brothers. I played him Keisha's song first, and he ended up listening to about 6. He kept saying how he had to get lil' homie on a song. So there you have it boys and girls, if you see a Kendrick and Ziggy or any Marley brother collabo anytime soon, it was all my work. I need a cut out of it.

Dude stop pretending to be from NYC, your in Australia

Australia has a proud hip culture you can be proud of, no need to be DJ Harlem on us lol

I just let out the biggest fucking 'Wow' ever. Holy shit.

This changes my view of his entire character.

In his defense, he was on a trip with Ziggy Marley looking for new talent.

I just really can't see this despite how fucking hilarious it would be. He knows too much about New York's history and the rappers from there to have been a fraud, plus his lingo and humor just screams it at times.

If you wanna do stupid shit, can you do it somewhere else? I mean, I appreciate the attention, but I wouldn't mind if it was elsewhere so the thread doesn't get turned to shit. Doesn't this place have mods? Some of us actually come here to talk nothing but music you know to feed off some boredom.

Crikey mate, our bad. Didn't mean for your thread to go down under so quickly.
Here, I'll help make it a more friendly atmosphere...

Who's your favorite football player? Ronaldo? Beckham?
Was Ziggy tired from the transatlantic flight he took just to bump some Kenny Lam wicha before his show in Belgium a few hours later?
How's the weather in NY? Desert-y with a chance of koalas?
