anyways...I thought Luda's Release Therapy was pretty disappointing but he came back strong with Theater of The Mind so he got his shit together like Em.

Release Therapy was amazing!

Cause Encore came out 2 years after TES and Relapse came out 5 years after Encore did. People were expecting to hear a huge come back. I was expecting to hear something close to MMLP or TES, in terms of subject matter, and no accent. Relapse was repetitive, he mentioned he takes valume like a million times on that album, and NO ONE was expecting an accent, NO ONE. So by disappointing, that's what I mean by it. Sure you can learn to appreciate it for what it is, but thats another story.

He changed for the better, morally, but lost his punchlines.

Lol at people seriously picking Relapse. Kingdom Come is definitely my pick. Jay-Z, the self proclaimed best rapper alive, comes out of retirement just because the game was in a "state of emergency" and has the audacity to fucking drop that garbage ass album? Lmfao that was a disgrace to Jay's name and reputation.

He just turned really soft, and I like that 'Get Back' and 'Move Bitch' type Ludacris. I still listen to his new shit but it aint the same.

but Encore came in a time when Eminem was being over worked and shit, we expected him to come back in this amazing Stillmatic way, and he drops Relapse. Encore may have been worse, but Relapse was more dissappointing.

I like moral conscious Luda, I just thought his music was more enjoyable when he had more fun with it and was all about being the rapper mama didn't want you to listen to. He's still tight though.
