Rate Lil Wayne as a rapper

Lately I have these strange thoughts....I think that Kanye West is better RAPPER than Wayne.
What I hate about him is that he released one good album (C2) and called himself the "best rapper alive". Does this cocksucker know who does he have to beat before he can calls himself that...Em, Jay, Nas... fuckin ridiculous

Well I know one thing, his 'flow' certainly isn't an 8.

I gave him an 8 because he changes his flow for every song. Most of Nas' flows sound the same to me (they are generally much better though).

Creativity: Not going to say. He has so much potential creatively but executes a lot of it either poorly or he talks about the same boring material shit. I do think he is creative though, he just doesn't always show it.
