If anything YOU'RE the sheep for following this Kanye dickriding movement. Teflon Don is a good album but nothing else, same with TML. Recovery is SOOOOO much better than them that it's not even funny. Same with MBDTF, it's a great album but it is so not better than Recovery or Relapse for that matter. I used to love Kanye before MBDTF. Graduation is amazing but MBDTF isn't a masterpiece :shakehead:

Relapse? Are you serious? Eminem himself said relapse was trash. Man, you need to wake up. Your taste in music is way too influenced by what other people say is good. Get your own taste. Be your own person.

Ye's new album was THE best commercial album put out this year. Sorry to burst your bubble. As for 'dick riding'? How can you be so hypocritical? You just said relapse was a good album, but call someone who likes an actual GOOD album a 'dick rider'... Where's the logic in that? Kanye's a great artist and he's branching out to more than just rapping. Stop being so incluenced by, "OMG IF IT'S NOT EMINEM IT'S SHIT." Eminem is a shitty artist now. He's been a shitty artist since 2002.

Yes. Relapse is better than MBDTF in every single way possible except for the beats and We Made You & Crack A Bottle. I don't care if Eminem said it's trash. And it's funny how you say I should get my own taste yet you say that "Eminem himself said it's trash" therefore I should be convinced it is. Ironic lol. And who are you to tell me that I don't like Relapse? Like I'm acting like I like it...:shakehead:

Ye's new album is the most overrated album of all time of any genre. Simple as that. And EVERYONE is on Kanye's dick after MBDTF, when a few months ago the whole world hated him. And sir, who are you to say that MBDTF is an actual good album and Relapse isn't? Yes, MBDTF is a good album. But, is it AMAZING, MIND-BLOWING, BREATHTAKING, REVOLUTIONARY, A MASTERPIECE? Fuck NO. Leave that for MMLP as far as Em goes. Relapse isn't anything special either but it is better than MBDTF for me. Kanye IS a great artist. Kanye IS branching out to more than just rapping. Never said that. MY argument here is STRICTLY MBDTF and the Ye dickriding. And to conclude this, I listen to more than just Eminem. I'm a MASSIVE Hip-Hop fan. Royce, Joe Budden, Tech N9ne, T.I., Nas, B.o.B and much much more are rappers that I enjoy as much as Eminem so don't assume shit you don't know. Eminem > every other mainstream artist by a fucking mile.

I thought you got drunk and drove your car off a bridge? What the fuck are you doing posting here?

How are you going to try to twist an example of an artist disliking his own work into me not having my own taste? Stop reaching. It doesn't matter how many paragraphs you type up, the fact remains the same:

Eminem is terrible now. Sorry. Sure, his first 3 albums give him legendary status; But everything else is shit. Including recovery. He's not good. He needs to stop rapping and hang it up before he becomes a parody of himself.

Look I know every encounter we had erupted into flames so I'll try to be civil here, anyways breakdown.
Master Chief wrote:Yes. Relapse is better than MBDTF in every single way possible except for the beats and We Made You & Crack A Bottle.

You trying to take away beats is like me taking away Eminem's rapping skill, beats are every bit as important as the artist's performance on the mic and can make or break an album.

I don't care if Eminem said it's trash.

If you don't care that he's trash why do you still bother listening to him?
And it's funny how you say I should get my own taste yet you say that "Eminem himself said it's trash" therefore I should be convinced it is. Ironic lol. And who are you to tell me that I don't like Relapse? Like I'm acting like I like it...:shakehead:

He was giving an example don't try to twist his words

Ye's new album is the most overrated album of all time of any genre

That's a bold statement, hope you can back up why think that.
. Simple as that. And EVERYONE is on Kanye's dick after MBDTF

That's cause it's a great album not a classic by any means but he deserves the praise he's getting don't you think?
, when a few months ago the whole world hated him

If you're talking about the TS incident that has nothing to do with his music and I don't know why you're trying to bring that up.
. And sir, who are you to say that MBDTF is an actual good album and Relapse isn't? Yes, MBDTF is a good album. But, is it AMAZING, MIND-BLOWING, BREATHTAKING, REVOLUTIONARY, A MASTERPIECE?

Why the fuck do you keep strawmanning?
Fuck NO. Leave that for MMLP as far as Em goes.

Lol at you retorting MBDTF with MMLP, that's like me comparing College Dropout and Late Registration to Relapse and Recovery.

Relapse isn't anything special either but it is better than MBDTF for me. Kanye IS a great artist. Kanye IS branching out to more than just rapping. Never said that. MY argument here is STRICTLY MBDTF and the Ye dickriding.

Please point them out.

The last part of your post is pure ignorance or Em stanning, Nas and Jay are definitely on his level if not better (Current Nas is definitely better than current Em), and don't even make me bring up Andre, Ghostface, Raekwon, Scarface, etc.

Now if you mean post 2000 rappers than it makes more sense, but even that's disputable Kanye I consider is on the same level as musically (equal discography leaning towards Ye) and Lupe who shits on new Em and can give prime Em a run for his money.

So because we're on x rapper's forum that means we should abandon all logic and objectivity and just suck the dick of x rapper, right?

I seriously don't feel like writing so first off fuck you for having to make me write at this time of day when I'm tired as shit.

You trying to take away beats is like me taking away Eminem's rapping skill, beats are every bit as important as the artist's performance on the mic and can make or break an album.

Lyrics, flow, rhymes, delivery > beats. I'm sure most would agree with me.

If you don't care that he's trash why do you still bother listening to him?

Nice try on trying to twist my words. I said, I don't care if he SAID that RELAPSE is TRASH. In my opinion it's not. Me and Eminem don't share the same opinion. Is that understandable for you? Is that easy enough to understand? If Nas said that Illmatic is trash tomorrow, should I delete the Illmatic songs off my iTunes? NOOOOOO. And don't try to yet again twist my words and say that I'm comparing Relapse with Illmatic.

He was giving an example don't try to twist his words

Irony yet again.

That's a bold statement, hope you can back up why think that.

It hasn't gotten ONE bad review and most of the reviews, about 3/4 of 'em are 5 fucking stars. I mean really? Pitchfork has them as the best album of 2010 and so does MTV. And MTV named him the Man of the Year. It has reviews calling it a fucking MASTERPIECE and it was released a month ago. You have to let an album sink in before such a statement. "BUT IT'S A GOOD ALBUM!!!!!!". Exactly and that's just what it is, a G.O.O.D. album, nothing else.

I don't have time for anymore argument but i will be back,.

Well you'd be wrong, if that's how you feel, you may as well have them rap on acapella. Bis' first album had all the aspects of a great emcee, but the production was horrid so it flopped.
If you don't care that he's trash why do you still bother listening to him?

No he was just giving an example trying to knock some sense into you, by showing even the artist doesn't acknowledge it as one of his finer works.
We already know it's not going to change your mind, so don't even try and go there.

He was giving an example don't try to twist his words

Irony yet again.

Explain

That's a bold statement, hope you can back up why think that.

Instead of being butthurt about the positive feedback it's getting why don't you elaborate on why you think it's not great. And really reviews mean dick, he even said you should form YOUR own opinion and not let others influence you. And being how you refuse to appeal to authority of Em, you should have no trouble appealing to the authority of reviewers and critics.

Overrated albums would be Lifestylez of da poor and Dangerous, Ready to die, and illmatic to an extent. No overrated doesn't equal bad.

I don't have time for anymore argument but i will be back,.

Critics generally feel that MBDTF deserves a higher score than all of the other albums released this year, including Recovery. Sure, there may be some biased reviewers out there, but not every single one of them is.

Some of you (not all) are coming off as angry/bitter stans. Be happy that a hip-hop album is being widely viewed as the top album of the year. It's just great for the genre as a whole.
