Yeah, I see what you're saying dude.. But I still think Jada should have gotten more love than he has through his career. I mean, I live in NY so he's always getting love here.. But I know it isn't the same everywhere.

@Dr3 - fuck you, lol. I love his voice. Jada's old school. He'd destroy wayne.

I'd say Jada should be much bigger than he ever got, as well. I love Jada.

Fuck what others think man. People totally forgot about Eminem when he was gone, then even when he came back with average material they started putting back in their top 5 lists or whatever. That's just how the world is, they either have to have a hit now to be recognized, or pass away. If they're not on the news, they're nothing. DMX's legacy is fine.

As for Jada, and I fucking love Jada and the whole of LOX, but he has never made a great album. His albums have always been 4-5 songs short of a great/classic album, because he wastes it with stupid radio friendly songs that are clutching. Jada knows he's dope, so do people like Em, but no one just has the balls to tell him he's actually not top 5 because of his lack of consistency in an album...well except for 50, he was the one one who said that to him lol.

@FreeSpeech - I'm talkin Fat Joe homie.

@Dre - Lol you're killing me. You should never have been allowed in this thread bro', your opinions are making me tear my hair out.

I hate horrocore and all other related material. By extension, not a fan of half of Eminem's discography (yeah, its not horrocore but whatever that is)

Ludacris is dope. Wiz Kalifa is average

Tupac sucks

i cry when people call kanye an "MC",although i love kanye he aint an "MC"

Recovery is the best album of 2010 and it will be a classic in 5 years

I Think Copywrite should become mainstream, dude is super fuckin talented,a power house Life and Times is the 2nd best album of 2010

Wu Tang sucks

Mobb Deep is boring

SH as solo artists are very very very criminally underrated

Kool G Rap became a top 10 MC to me

Relapse is a masterpiece

Lil Wayne is a disease to hip hop

hopsin is a cheap cheap cheap slim shady

I'm going to go down my list of iTunes artists and give a quick contrasting opinion on all of them

Aesop Rock's flow and production is crazy but I can't get into that style of lyricism at all. Lupe atleast I can semi-relate to.
Akala's beats are
Andre 3000 is good but Outkast's albums aged like shit.
Apathy has always bored me.
Asher Roth doesn't suck as much as the majority say he does but he's nothing really special to me.
I don't enjoy 60% of Atmosphere's music
B.o.B's album was fucking garbage. Near-classic my dick. I was one of the conformists who liked B.o.B when he first came out but his album just sucked. The only song I enjoyed on there was Ghost In The Machine and it's probably because he didn't rap on it. His mixtapes are way better.
Big Boi (See Andre 3000)
Big L's punchlines aren't as great as people make them out to be and there are people who rhyme better than him too. "L keeps rappers hearts pumping like Reeboks" People refer to this as one of the greatest punchlines of all time. Really? He was well rounded though and I liked his flow.
Half of Big Pun's discography was trash. You can guess which.
Big Sean isn't anything special.
Black Milk....I like Black Milk actually.
Blu's mic presence (or lack of) is fucking annoying
Blue Scholars are underrated as fuck.
Bop Alloy are like a primitive version of Blue Scholars
Brother Ali...I like Brother Ali actually.
I hated Cage's third album and disliked a good amount of his first album. His 2nd album was my shit though.
Camu Tao (RIP)'s album fucking sucked
Who the fuck is Can-U
Canibus is overrated and underrated at the same time. He's not some philosophical fucking poet with the greatest perception of lyricism ever but he doesn't suck as much as people want him to. Back when his voice was still tolerable I actually liked some of his stuff.
Celph Titled's Gatalog was waaaaaaaaaaay too fucking long.
Charles Hamilton seems like a cocky little homosexual version of Cory Gunz
I like Classified.
Common Market is alright.

I'm tired. I'll do more later.

Big Daddy Kane bores the shit out of me.

Eazy-E is absolutely dreadful

36 Chambers is the only great Wu-Tang album

Get Rich Or Die Tryin' is disgustingly overrated

Joe Budden is boring

Eric B's production on Paid In Full isn't that great

Immortal Technique is shitty

Chino XL is shitty. And his punchlines are shitty

"Big L is great for his punchlines" - No, his punchlines weren't that great - it's his flow and rhyme schemes that make him great

Jedi Mind Tricks aren't that great

Eminem didn't 'murder' Jay-Z on Renegade

Masta Ace's first album is horrible (coming from a massive Masta Ace fan)

I hate Ghostface Killah's style

I don't like KRS-One

EDIT: Satire beat me to the Big L one. Fuck.

The mastering and quality on alot of Copywrite's music sucks. His flow on Ready, Aim... would have been amazing if I could actually HEAR THE FUCKING VOCALS. I do agree he could have went mainstream if he wanted to though. The dude's a really versatile lyricist (Plus has some pretty good hooks) and could easily adjust.
Cunninlynguists rappers bore me.
D-Pryde is Dead Prez in disguise.
D12 is one of the biggest cases of "Great leader, disappointing group"
Damian Marley is dope
Deltron 3030's pretty good
Devlin's flow is annoying as fuck and his voice is straight up gay.
Diabolic....I can't find anything wrong with him but I'll try.
Unlike most people in existence, I'm not gonna lie and pretend Dr. Dre's CDs are amazing when I haven't listened to them in full, I've only listened to the singles and The Watcher. You know who you are :coffee:
I've tried giving Drake a chance, in mixtape and album form, and I still hate him.
Dumbfoundead needs to put out more music.
DZK's a pedophile (Amazing rapper though)
Earl Sweatshirt is alright
I've never listened to a single El-P solo song despite having him on my computer for so long
I haven't listened to any of Eminem's albums in full in so long
Eyedea was mad underrated as a lyricist because of his old school production and most people only check him out because of his battle record. He had a decent rhyme scheme but his style was just so..different. Not to mention his flow on songs like "Now" and "One Twenty" was just crazy. I just can't believe he's dead. He was getting extremely good towards the end of his career.
Felt 3 is amazing.
Never liked Fort Minor.
Freeway's decent and Freelapse was an incredibly smart promotion move.
The Game is alright.
I love Gang Starr
I never got into Ghostface Killah even though I recognize his skills
The Gorillaz 3rd album was homo as fuck. They should have worked more with Del, he sounded amazing on their instrumentals.
Hopsin is good but his dickriders are getting annoying.
Ice Cube's delivery and mic presence was impeccable but people are dismissing him because of his simple rhyme scheme and his family movies. I don't give a fuck, the dude carried one of the biggest rap group's ever by himself.
Immortal Technique (GOAT)'s flow and delivery pisses me off
Inverse are alright.
Jay-Z's best album was Blueprint.
Joe Budden's pretty good albeit some people seem to think he's one of the best writers...ever? Uhh.
Joell Ortiz's solo work is only "alright" other than Road Kill.
The Jokerr's gimmick is kind of gay.
K'Naan was cool until Drake did a cover of Wavin' Flag.
K-Os is the Canadian version of Kanye.
Kanye West is underrated as a lyricist. He's not amazing, or even very good, but he's decent and his lyrics on his first 2 albums didn't suck at all. That being said, he makes up for his lack of lyricism with amazing production and charisma. He makes music that I like to listen to. He's artistic. He's conceptual. He has direction in his music. Anyone who likes B.o.B or 50 Cent and then turns around to say Kanye West sucks because "his lyrics are soooo bad even though his production's good" is retarded as fuck.
Kid Cudi sucks.
I like Kristoff Krane.
La Coka Nostra was alright.
No Ceilings is overrated as hell, and now I have a feeling Lil' Wayne is going to spend the rest of his career trying to repeat it.
Lloyd Banks was G-Unit's hidden gem. His delivery is monotone as hell though.
Dear Listener by Lowkey bored the shit out of me. Everything after that I liked though.
Ludacris is underrated as hell (Same with DMX).
Dumb It Down by Lupe Fiasco was literally him being as vague as possible while throwing in references/punchlines here and there to leave people with their own interpretation of it. Yeah, I get it, its actually him being rebellious, and the beat/chorus are "ironic", this song isn't that impressive. I don't know why everyone uses this as an example when saying that Lupe is some kind of genius, "Failure" is a thousand times more impressive while still having a clear theme to it.
Mac Lethal's pretty good.
Mac Miller's sub-par with great beats and some good hooks (Sounds familiar, hmm...)
MF Doom's an acquired taste.
The Ecstatic by Mos Def was decent at best.
N.W.A sucked
I can't get into half of Nas' albums.
Nicki Minaj's album was really fucking bad. It was like a barbie playhouse version of Thank Me Later.
NoCanDo's album is better than Dumbfoundead's.
Biggie's flow was great, his lyrics? Not so much. When people refer to him as being "The King of Rhyming" I just shake my head and walk away.
Obie's 2nd album wasn't nearly as good as Cheers.
One Be Lo's underrated as hell.
OutKast (See Andre 3000)
