Em's my favorite rapper of all time. If I could choose any artist to release a new album, it would be Em. That doesn't mean he's relevant. Of course he sells, MJ sells and homeboys 6 feet deep. He'll always sell. But Em nowadays doesn't have much impact on rap at all. He isn't setting trends, he follows them. He's a shell of the figure he once was. Who does he affect? His style is from SH/Royce. His production is from Alex/Boi 1da/whoever.

Nothing you wrote has anything to do with relevancy. He's the most popular rapper that ever was, and still is. He has the best selling hip-hop album since The Massacre. He's still arguably the most liked rapped in the world. Most, if not everything he drops still gets massive amounts of buzz online.

Heck, scratch all that. He's still the biggest music artist in the world. If that's not being relevant, nothing is. This is an inarguable fact.
