His content and his flow are really generic and basic on this album though. So he doesn't really tick them. His delivery is great though, as always.

He flows just fine, it's not unique but he keeps on beat and switches it up a bit when the beat changes...

@the dude who posted tech n9ne lyrics claiming they rhyme better than Kanye: the first 3 bars don't rhyme AT ALL lol and the rest of the time he is only rhyming two syllables. Ye consistently rhymes more than 2 syllables in this album and as Trimms loves to point out he wrote the entire album in 2 hours

To say this is Ye's Encore shows how ignorant some people truly are.

Lolwut? Are you BLIND? And stop being lazy. Find the goddamn post.

This is harmony, the Nina's taking you through it
Make it buttery, utterly beautiful, make it fluid
Sickology 101 is in session, I thought you knew it
We murderin' motherfuckers in music, that's how we do it!

Oh, and this is the last four bars of the verse, so I didn't even expect him to rhyme that much.

This is harmony, the Nina's taking you through it"

The first two lines is the last bar from the last group of four, you fucktard.

This is melodic, melodies if you got it
Mix it hot as tamales, you singin' off-key, it's garbage
If you can't keep an octave in a pocket, you need to stop it
Have confidence, speak with conviction, don't put 'em asleep when you rock it

Then why post it at all? And what about the next two bars?

Take the L and give it to your buddy "Techa Nina"!

Ehh, I'm over it. I'd rather discuss this with someone who has a brain.

Why post it at all? To prove that yes, Tech can actually write completely coherently, rhyme a fuckload, make it sound good, make it flow great, and at the same time adhere to an interesting concept. Unlike Ye.

"You can't keep an octave in a pocket" is worth rapping about? Like, does that even make sense, other than the fact you quite literally can't contain a measurement of pitch/sound/whatever in your pocket. Do you even understand what he means by that? That line really makes you appreciate Tech's writing?

Don't see a problem with it. Pretty obvious what it means. Of course, you actually have to hear the song first.

Tech fans never have a problem with his shitty writing. You are displaying the exact attitude those stupid Ye (and Em) fans display when blindly defending their lazy lyricism.

Note: I haven't blindly defended Ye's lyricism on Yeezus even once, I've only defended the project as a whole.

this album was just bad, i put off listening to it because its Kanye. anyone who likes this kinda disgraces the genre really. we preach underground and hate where they mainstream is taking rap, and then pretend we love this utter shit. random noises on the "beat" ruin any rhythm this thing potentially had. his lyrics, lets face it, hes probably one of the worst writers in current rap(that is given such a high rep) and he proves it on this LP.

i hate the argument of hes going a different direction, being artsy, making rap evolve. no. hes giving the average listener the wrong impression. end of discussion.

No, no. I definitely have a problem with Tech's forced rhyming and shitty writing sometimes. For example, on EBAH, I cringe every time I hear "Even when it's annoying like long nose hair" (like WTF Tech). But the fact of the matter is, Tech at least tries to rhyme creatively. Ye doesn't.

Black girl sipping white wine
Put my first in her like a civil rights sign

4 syllable multi, play on words (black and white, civil rights).. That's creative and entertaining to me. A lot better than dont keep an octave in your pocket or some shit.
