4 syllable multi, play on words (black and white, civil rights).. That's creative and entertaining to me. A lot better than dont keep an octave in your pocket or some shit.

*fist, not first. Clever reference. Rhyming is still boring. Not seeing the other two syllables. Oh, and boring concept. Very. Very. Very. Boring.

Yeah a good bar a midst what? Do you have any clue how many good lines Tech has had in his career?

A midst a good song.... On a good album. That song is great actually. IM IN IT AND I CAN'T GET OUT!

Obviously it's fist, I make typos like a motherfucker on my phone.

Black girl sippin' white wine
... Like a civil rights sign

Maybe you should understand rhyming before you critique it

Yeah I wasn't necessarily putting down Kanye or Yeezus. While I do believe the lyrics are lackluster, I don't hate the album. Probably wouldn't even have replied if I hadn't seen you puttin' down Tech, but it is what it is. :b:

Good to know you atleast enjoy some of his stuff and Einstein oh man :y:

Yeah one of Tech's saving graces even when he's not on point as far as lyrical depth goes. He rhymes a lot and his flow is always unique and off the charts.

I agree.

Yet tech fans can't acknowledge exactly the same thing about Kanye and his music. Obviously tech makes the kind of music that a certain group want to hear and he does it very well. So does Kanye West.

I can definitely acknowledge Kanye's strong suits. Plus Blame Game is one of my favorite Hip Hop songs of all time :worship:

I wasn't even much of a fan of Kanye until MBDTF. That album is on another level.

I even like 808s more than Late Registration lol :donthate:

Ye's undoubtedly one of the best. His production is fantastic (why the fuck it isn't on Yeezus is beyond me) and some of his concepts are fantastic.

I wish Kanye produced more these days, but I suppose he knows his limitations and knew that other people could create the sounds he wanted better than he could.

It's like he's playing the role of a director these days, creating his vision by recruiting the best for what he needs.

What do you think would happen if Ye executive produced Em's new album? :-k

I think Dre would be a better option. Ye doesn't really make the type of beats Em likes to rap over. Especially recently, Em has used very stripped down beats (the cypher, c'mon let me ride, symphony in H). But I would love to hear him on a Ye beat.

I would love to hear him on a Ye beat of course as a one-off thing. But as far as Ye executive producing an album, that would be a catastrophe IMO. Not Eminem's style.
