I guess people who think Lil Wayne have an opinion equal to those who think Nas is the best rapper alive.

It's all rap, it's all Americans talking so there isn't that much of a differences between each indivual voice so delivery doesn't matter to me. But DZK and Chino XL is as far apart on the spectrum as you can get.

There are exceptions to everything. I can't listen to Eminem because of flow and delivery. (His lyrics still suck though). I absolutely love Kid Cudi, and his lyrics are not impressive in the slightest.
