best rap group ever

I haven't listened to alot of hip-hop groups.

Can anyone recomend som albums I should chek out? (I've heard Gang-starr's Moment of Truth, Wu-Tang's 36 chambers, Mobb Deep's Murda Muzik and NWA's greatest hits)

I don't really listen to many groups. I like individual perspectives that are tailored and crafted. And although you do still get that in groups, for the sake of... Having to be heard and condensed, they always need to water everything down a little.

Gang Starr are technically a duo but they are still technically a hip-hop group. So they'd be up there. Haven't even heard that much but Premo's production and Guru's slick, technical rhymes work beautifully together. Real magic.
