Nah, it's not even like that. I mean, any loss to hip hop is tragic, don't get me wrong.. But half of these people in this thread really couldn't give a shit about him until he died. Sure, I'm not doubting that there's some true, hardcore fans in here.. But the majority? Nah. That's all I'm saying.

And honestly, I don't really care. It's a loss for hip hop, but not for me on a personal level. If that's taken the wrong way then I don't know what to tell people.

But some of us do care,some of us actually hoped for him to get better and amaze us with his voice once again.Some of us were actually thinking of him for the last months and listening to his songs(more then just Till i collapse).Some of us actually shed a tear when hearing abt his death.So yeah sorry if we bug u when we show respect for this great man.
Hope people he's worked with have some tracks/hooks in vault to release,like Bishop did with Faded,that one really gave me hope of a comeback.Rest in paradise,some of us will truly miss you.

Honestly, you guys are pretty selfish if you think it's just a loss for Hip Hop. The guy died... Everybody that dies deserves to RIP. I couldn't care less about his body of work, it's just sad that a person died --who you, in someway, knew through his work--, it's sad, full stop.

That doesn't take away that his work was great. I do not claim to be a hardcore fan, but every Hip Hop fan knows Nate Dogg, even non Hip Hop fans know Nate Dogg.

And word to Mike. People die every day, every where, but when one musician dies --he might have been very talented-- suddenly the whole world cares. MJ for example...

Shitty news. Hope he R.I.P. I'll admit I'm not the most hardcore listener of Nate, but it's still kind of saddens me, because unlike other musicians who died like MJ, JMJ, etc., I've actually enjoyed Nate's music for several years. Too many deaths this year and we're only in March
