Is Budden your favorite SH member now?

IN Slaughterhouse - Crooked I but on the SH EP, Joe was my favorite.
Artist in general - Royce Da 5'9"

My Top 5:

1. Eminem
2. Royce Da 5'9"
3. Tech N9ne/Joe Budden
4. *reserved for whoever falls out of 3rd*
5. Jay-Z

This could change since I'm stanning real hard on Joey. Pause. Reminds me of my full-blown, super-Stan Eminem days :flutter:

With all do respect but you can't compare a real artist who spits from the heart (Pac) to some rapper who happens to know how to form an emotional track.

Excuse me, but you can feel that Pac is passionate about what he raps about while Budden covers his flaws by throwing some nice rhymes here and there.

I love Budden's music but it isn't even close bro.

shut the fuck up, African. 99% of joey's tracks are shit he's experienced, how is that not 'from the heart'? You fucking orphan.

I can already tell where this is going. 2Block is going to reply to every single negative Joey comment in this thread and the whole thing is just going to soak in ether.

If he doesn't, fuck him.

Yes, everyone of the albums he released while alive is a classic maybe minus Me Against The World and the group album Thug Life. There's no denying it.

No denying it? Come on, every album he released was a classic?? OK I can respect that that's your opinion man but saying "there's no denying it" is just moot because of course that can be denied lol.

Oh shit, he released Loyal 2 The Game and Pac's Life, these albums weren't that good. Being DEAD isn't excusable to release a bad album.

Again, you're implying it's a given that the general consensus is that every album Pac put out while alive was a classic. Which is not true.

You're being biased here, you just said Budden doesn't have any album and his mixtapes are better, not to mention his club-ish debut album.

I'd put Mood Muzik 2 and Mood Muzik 4 above any Tupac album.

Kanye West is the perfect (and only) example of that lol (Off-topic comment, couldn't resist)

OK fair point. Kanye is probably the only other artist I'd agree hasn't put out anything trash. But that still doesn't take anything away from Joe.

Dude Black Thought, I like Kanye but just Black Thought.

If you're talking on his own albums, then yes Kanye.

He does have guest verses I've prolly only listened to once and then tossed.

Yeah it can be denied by a group or two of nobodies in the rap business but by the majority they're classics, if you denied it it won't change it's classic status. And no it's not my opinion.

Do you have any evidence to support your claim that the majority of hip hop fans believe that every album Tupac made while he was alive was a classic? Because if you don't, then I'm going to assume that is just yours (and other Pac fans') opinion. I don't think you do though, since you seem so dismissive of any "nobody" that believes otherwise.

Jay is the only one of those dudes with a large Black fanbase, tbh.

Cream, you might be able to make that case for Me Against The World onward but you wold be hardpressed to find many people saying his first two albums are classics.

I knew it had the potential and was deciding if I should pick a side and jump start it for you but I decided on not getting involved so you could finally get a classic thread without my help.
