of course everybody is talking about kdot, he arguably dropped the best rap album in recent memory and the most important guest verse of the last 2 years.

Also, he isn't overhyped: the industry can put an artist out there but they can't force people to feel that artist. You can plaster someone on screen all you want but that doesn't necessarily compel people to fuck with that artist. with GKMC, Kendrick got an overwhelming amount of love from critics, industry types but most importantly by the hip hop fans. It's up there with mbdtf and I don't even fuck with Kanye West like that.
