Copywrite is probably the better rapper but Hopsin makes better music, IMO. Both are amazing though.

Hopsin is a VERY entertaining rapper who makes a lot of fun and relateable music, but Copy hit a new standard in rapping ability on his album that I've never seen before, he's not just all punchlines anymore, he barely uses any punchlines at all. The growth is remarkable.
