According to Hits Daily Double, Kanye West and Nicki Minaj will take the number one and two spots respectively tomorrow on the Billboard charts. Give or take a few hundred copies, Ye’s My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy reportedly pulled in 518, 775 copies while Pink Fridayclocked in at 371, 049. Those are monsta numbers.

Banks' album was an independent, EMI just released and shipped it. They did 0 marketing. 50 Cent said he funded the entire project. He also released in the biggest sales week, with about 10-15 big releases this week.

Even someone as big as Jay-Z who has a huge loyal fanbase, his greatest hits only 25,000. There was that many big releases this week.

Banks has a lot to be proud of. He's at the forefront of rap again, and is finally his own man.
