you MUST listen to his album Dinner and a Movie. It's a MUST listen to and you will love it. he does have the flow off my world on a couple of tracks

honestly i haven't heard him do a double time flow other than the My World track but his album on Strange Music this year was pretty good, Dinner and Movie, as others already mentioned
