Any Good Hip-Hop Artist?

Postby KaZer » Dec 19th, '10, 19:36

I'm looking for more good Hip-hop artist and rappers I haven't heard of yet:

Army of The Pharaohs - Are they any good at all?
Jedi mind Tricks
Royce Da 5'9
Cassidy
Slaughterhouse - Should I get the Album, if so which one?
Obie Trice
Nas

Any good Hip-hop artist that I would be into?

Which Albums should I try on each artist?

Let me know

It really depends on what type of rap you're looking for.

Del Tha Funkee Homosapien- Deltron 3030, Both Sides of the brain
O.C.- Word...Life, Jewelz
J live- The Best Part, All of the Above
Aceyalone- A book of Human Language
Quasimato- The unseen
Jeru Damaj- Sun Rises in the East
Smith and Wessun- Dah Shinin
Declaime-Andsoitsaid
Cannibal Ox- The Cold Vein
K-os- His whole discography is worth looking into

Really you have to specifiy your tastes cause the genre is too broad, too just narrow into a "recommended list" we'd be here all day doing that.

Now I lay me down to sleep
I do this shit in my sleep, I’m sleepin' now, imagine if I awake

Give a guy named Eminem a listen.
I wanted an album so rugged nobody could touch it.
Spent a million a track and went over my budget.
Now how in the fuck am I supposed to get out of debt?
I can't rap anymore, I just murdered the alphabet.

I'm looking for Hardcore type Rap, almost like Eminem's albums. I'm looking for other Rap artist or group to listen. Em is da shit compare to other artist.

Maybe Nas,Royce da 5'9, T.I. or Kayne west (Don't really like him but heard some of his music worth to listen.) Jay-Z (I dont mind gettin' an album from him) or Nicki Minja? I don't want mind trying to listen to more rap artist then EM (all of his albums), 50 (the massacre) ,lil wayne ( tha carter and Dedication) Dr. Dre's Detox is something I'll would grip once its out in stores.

I like how Em rap/spit back in the day like MMLP, TES and Relapse which I prefer to listen his crazy lyricist and shit then Some of the songs on Recovery. I'll still listen to him no matter what but I'm hoping he come up with an album almost like Relapse (not the serial killer type)

I'm trying to get into other Hip-Hop shit, like other artist and underground if they are mad ill rappers. :b:
