Why does Lil B rap with a grill???

Lil B is nothing incredible, but he has a few decent songs. However, he always has that retarded lisp. He even had it in the Vans song with the Pack. Check out this interview: it proves he is actually pretty articulent and doesn't have a lisp. I think he music would be far better if he just took the damn grill out...
