I agree, but the fact is this word will always be this way. Curse words, as time passes, always seem to be less and less looked at as "bad" or "shocking", kinda crazy actually, sorta blows my mind.

I think if curse words were officially made not bad anymore and you didn't get in trouble for saying them at first everyone would say them a lot but the fun in saying them would be over and they would die off and be just any other word. My school is going on this huge no cussing campaign right now and it's making people cuss more than ever.

Agreed, anyone can use it, depending on the context. White suburban kids shouldn't be running around saying "nikka nikka nikka" but it can be used appropriately. I wasn't offended by Kid Rock using it. John Lennon has a song "WOman Is The N*gger Of The World" and Marilyn Manson has a song "Rock n' Roll N*gger" neither are offensive.
