J. Cole will be sacrificed by Jay Z to the Illuminati before the album comes out. After that he'll put out another mixtape.
Dunno about Lowkey. He keeps on pushing out a shit load of political singles and music videos for it and yet it still hasn't got a release date.

J. Cole is sometime this year. On a Ustream a few days ago he said that he's been in LA the last few weeks trying to finish it up. He also said that he has a date but doesn't want to say it until he's 100% sure that it won't get pushed back.
