I thought it pretty wack after just listening. I only found handful of songs really enjoyable (My Own Way, We Rest In Cali, El Lay, Wet, Superman, Raised In Da Hood).

Classified's new album on the other hand; FIREEEEEE!

Well I haven't checked it out yet so I guess I will, sounds like there may be a few decent tracks.

Damn, thanks for the review :worship: :worship:

Bwt, hot is the song with Mr.Porter?
I wanted an album so rugged nobody could touch it.
Spent a million a track and went over my budget.
Now how in the fuck am I supposed to get out of debt?
I can't rap anymore, I just murdered the alphabet.

Find that hilarious. Kanye does an average verse, while Snoop kills it on a number of tracks and yet it's Kanye that get's creamed over, been the case for a while now, ridiculous.

Brilliant album with a nice mixture of tracks. 'Toyz n Da Hood' and 'Wonder What I Do' are both great throwback tracks to a sound he used on a more regular basis when he first came out. Tracks like 'I Don't Need No Bitch' are tracks that Snoop usually doesn't get his deserved recognition for. 'Sumthin Like This Night' is something really different, wasn't too sure about it at first, but it's just a really good summer track to lay back to and the sound grows on you after a while, depends if you're a fan of Gorillaz though.

The only tracks I'm not overly keen on are 'My Fucn House' (then again, it has E-40 in, so no surprise) and 'Gangbang Rookie', though that one will likely grow on me with a few more listens. Wasn't too sure about 'Platinum' either at first, but man that's hot as hell when Snoop kicks in.

Overall a great album. Of course not on the level of Doggystyle, but then again likely no rap album has or ever will be on that level, so it shouldn't be compared to that.

i downloaded it, and i couldn't get excited to play the whole thing .. just took about 30 seconds from each song and it's still there

then i shifted to the Wiz album :worship:

Well, I don't really care for Wiz's album all that much, I like Rooftops and On My Level, that's about it. If Snoop's album is better than Wiz's, I'll be happy, I'm not gonna say it's bad but I'm just not too big on that type of shit.
