Does anyone actually think Joe Budden is a good rapper?

I know that Joe Budden is only known on a few forums having being kicked out of mainstream a long time ago but since slaughterhouse signing with Eminem i thought he may have a few followers here. I think Joe is one of those rappers that can rap really well on paper but the delivery of what hes rapping about is just utter garbage. He has no personality at all on tracks and almost always sticks to the same format. I think people greatly underestimate the power of this. Theres no other rapper that i can think of that you can only listen to when in a depressed state because the shit is just so monotone and boring yet when your depressed you don't really care about that. He lacks everything that makes a rapper listenable and have replay value but is a great writer. I think he could make alot more money writing for other people.

Lyricaly and deliverance is unmatched in my opinion
Just listen to 6 min of Death with Jae Millz and stack bundles or Dumb Out

I really wish I could like Budden. I downloaded all of his albums and mixtapes and listened to everything and I just cant get into him. I like him in Slaughterhouse, but I cant listen to full songs with just him. I dont really know why either.

He did a tribute to A Tribe Called Quest on stage claiming they were one of his inspirations and then messed up the lyrics. Then he confessed that he was paid to do it, he was never a listener and his name was just chosen randomly from a list.
