With English being my foreign language this doesn't happen very often but name some words that make you start rapping. And I'm referring to lines from some of your favorite artists. Like if I hear/read the words brain damage I'm immediately tempted to say "ever since the day I was born; drugs is what they used to say I was on".

Honestly, there are all kinds of words that make me start rapping all the time. Someone once told me my brain was like a library of infinite Hip-Hop lyrics.

On topic, it depends on my mood, whenever I'm in a certain mood, and I hear a word that relates to how I'm feeling, a song that describes that emotion starts playing in my head automatically.
